Our Beginning

In 1983, Joe Rocha started in the drywall industry. After gaining years of experience in construction, Joe obtained his General Contractors license in mid-1990 and shifted his focus to home renovations and new construction. He began building custom homes, apartment complexes, townhomes, commercial buildings and focused on land development. In 2008 the Rocha’s began acquiring rental properties. Rocha Properties now owns and maintains over 300 properties both residential and commercial. We specialize in residential and commercial property management for the properties we own and land we develop.
